The Southeast Regional Conference Planning Committee (GA, NC, SC) Chapters of the American Society of Landscape Architects is soliciting an Open Call for Presentations for their 2023 Southeast Regional Conference (SERC) on Landscape Architecture April 23-25, 2023, at the Loews Atlanta Hotel located in the Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia.

The 2023 Southeast Regional Conference theme is Crossroads: Paths to Resilience. Presenters with knowledge and experience related to the conference theme and found to be beneficial to peer professionals are highly desired.

Be NCASLA’s Rep On The NCICLB

The North Carolina Irrigation Contractors’ Licensing Board (NCICLB) is looking for a NCASLA member to serve a three-year term as NCASLA’s representative on the Board.

The North Carolina Irrigation Contractors’ Licensing Board was established by legislation on January 1, 2009. The Board oversees the licensing of Irrigation Contractors in North Carolina. The purpose of licensure is to protect the public health, safety and welfare, and to promote the efficient use of water.

The Triangle Section of ASLA is joining the Building Enclosure Council & American Institute of Architects to host a free educational lecture on Thursday, November 17 at 12:00 PM.

The lecture will be presented by Hydrotech and is titled, “Add Resiliency to the Roof: Vegetated Roofs and Blue Roofs.”

There is an opportunity to attend the lecture virtually or in-person. You can select your preferred option during registration.

This event is eligible for 1 (one) hour of CE through AEC Daily.
