Registration is now open for the 2021 North Carolina Conference on Landscape Architecture! Earn up to 11 CEUs at our Virtual Conference on May 19 - 20, 2021!.
Despite the challenges we’ve all faced, the COVID-19 pandemic has provided new opportunities for Landscape Architects. At our Virtual Conference, you’ll learn how you can play a key role in developing resilient solutions for your communities.
Your registration gets you access to 11 can’t-miss sessions. Eight sessions will be held live and three sessions will be asynchronous so you can watch the recordings whenever it suits you!

January was a busy month! In case you missed it, the Call for Sessions for the 2021 NCASLA Conference, Resilient Places + Spaces + Practice was released and closes February 26. Please note the dates of the conference are set for May 19th and 20th and the conference will offer a full 10 PDH. We are currently seeking Sponsors and Exhibitors for this Conference. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Update: February 2021
On January 19, members of the committee met virtually and agreed to a mission statement with objectives for the committee. On February 4, the NCASLA Executive Committee accepted the mission statement formalizing the previous “Beyond the Statement Task Force” into the permanent Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. The 2021 Long Session of the General Assembly Offers New Opportunities as Lawmakers Grapple with Unprecedented Challenges
Advocacy groups like ours are developing creative approaches for getting their message to lawmakers and this year NCASLA will host its first-ever Advocacy Week the week of April 26 - 30 where members can safely engage in advocacy activities with their legislators. The Executive Committee will release more details on those events as they are finalized and we look forward to your participation!
