Currently the Committee is tracking HB 496 (Property Owners' Rights/Tree Ordinances).

This bill has passed the house and is sitting in the Senate rules. To oppose this Bill, the Committee has Used the IAdvocate system through ASLA National. If you see any alerts from National’s iAdvocate system, please respond or if you are not part of the iAdvocate system please join.
