INTRODUCTION TO SUSTAINABLE SITES: A STATEWIDE EVENT SERIES

Please join NCASLA, USGBC, ASLA and the NC State & NC A&T Landscape Architecture Departments for a collaborativeIntroduction to Sustainable Sites statewide event series.

Starting in the mountains on Monday, 11/05 and ending at the coast on Friday, 11/09, each NCASLA section will host a unique half-day CEU workshop. Workshops will include a core Introduction to SITES presentation, followed by additional ecosystem service and low impact design presentations, plus a site tour (most sections). We have a tremendous lineup of presenters and locations to enjoy! A digital program, with event agenda, presenter bios and presentation descriptions, can be found at the bottom of each section’s event page.

Please join our effort in raising the profile of landscape architecture, the NC State University MLA and NC A&T University BLA programs, the SITES rating system, and the value of an interdisciplinary approach to sustainable site design, by sharing this opportunity with colleagues, clients, municipal staff and allied organizations.

This event is FREE for students, with limited seating, $16 for NCASLA & USGBC members and $26 for non-members.
