Join us on April 7th for a discussion on the diverse aspects of how landscape architects are addressing and planning solutions to mitigate and adapt to the effects of climate change. Speakers will highlight the importance of policy and how we can be involved in making and using policy to enact change. We’ll share case studies that are building resilience within communities vulnerable to wildfire, sea level rise, coastal erosion, and other climate change issues.
Be a part of the conversation, and share how you are making a positive change! The Climate Action Network is collecting resources for each region within these categories to share on asla.org: Advocacy, Policy, Practice, Research, and Funding.
Speakers:
• Pamela Conrad, ASLA
• Greg Kochanowski, AIA
• Dalton LaVoie, ASLA
• Ronnie Siegel, ASLA
• Judith Stilgenbauer, ASLA
• DJ Taylor, ASLA
